What this website uses

This is a static informational website. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or external fonts. Accessibility settings are stored only in sessionStorage for the session. Dismissing the privacy notice is saved in localStorage in this browser for up to 180 days.

Coverage and support

The form prepares a message with your city and neighborhood or street and opens WhatsApp. The message is sent only when you confirm in WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. We do not store your address in a site database. The Customer portal is an external service with its own login.

Your conversation with Auri

Auri uses local automated answers. Messages stay in this page’s memory, are not sent to AI servers and disappear when you reload the page. When you open human support, only a greeting and the selected topic go to WhatsApp, never your chat history. Do not enter passwords, ID numbers or banking details in the chat.

Speed test

OpenSpeedTest is hosted on this site. Clicking the circle starts test data transfers between your browser and Águia’s server. Uploaded test data is discarded, no personal files are sent and results are not saved to a database. The server may produce technical logs.

Map and VLibras

The area map loads automatically and connects to OpenStreetMap, which receives connection information such as your IP address. VLibras is optional: enabling it opens translation mode, loading official resources from vlibras.gov.br and the spbgovbr-vlibras CDN organization. The translator may send selected text to its service and store its own browser preferences. Use the VLibras button to disable translation mode. These services have their own privacy policies.

Technical logs

The server may record IP address, time, HTTP method, requested path and response status for operations and security. Access logs exclude query parameters, referrer and browser user agent. Águia Telecom’s operations team is responsible for access, retention and deletion of these records.
